Are all the jewellery pieces on your website 925 Hallmarked? 

Absolutely! Every piece of jewellery on our website is 925 certified, ensuring the highest quality standards. 

What does the 925 Hallmark signify on your jewellery?

The 925 Hallmark on our jewellery guarantees the metal’s purity and authenticity. It indicates that the metal is 92.5% pure silver.

How can I verify if the jewellery is 925 hallmarked?

To verify that your jewellery is 925 hallmarked, simply check for it engraved on the product metal. 

Certification

Is your jewellery certified?

Yes, all our orders are accompanied with a free IDGCL authenticity certificate. Additionally, you can also request for a third-party laboratory certificate from IGI/SGL at a cost of Rs 700/carat diamond.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I know the status of my order?

To know the status of your order, please get in touch with our Team on +91-8411838888.

How do I track my shipment?

We’ll share shipping notifications and the tracking link with you via email and WhatsApp when your product is shipped.

What happens if my order goes missing during transit?

This is highly unlikely, but if it does happen, please allow us 2 to 3 business days to investigate the situation. If we aren’t successful in locating your order, we’ll initiate the refund (in case of prepaid orders) to your original payment method.

Are there any shipping charges for my order?

No, we offer free shipping for all orders within India.

When will my order ship?

The products that are in stock will be shipped within 48hrs and reach you in 2-5 business days. Any product that is made to order will take 12-15 business days to manufacture after the order is placed. Once your piece is ready, it goes through several quality checks before it is shipped to you. Once shipped, your order arrives within 2-5 business days. For any urgency with the delivery date, please contact us on +91-8411838888.

Do I need to show any ID proof at the time of delivery?

To ensure correct and safe delivery, please keep an ID card ready for verification. This could be your PAN card, driving license, passport, voter identification card or Aadhaar card.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, that's possible. Just reach out to our Team on +91-8411838888 or gayasojewellers@gmail.com and we’ll change the address for you. However, if your order is already shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Where are you located? Can I visit your office?

We are located in Jaipur, you can visit our store at plot 69, sindhi colony, bani park, Jaipur, 302016. 

Where is your jewellery made?

Our jewellery is made in Surat and Mumbai.

What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Before your shipment is ready for delivery, you'll receive an SMS notification from the carrier. If you’re not available, the package can be delivered to any of your family members at the provided address. To receive the package on your behalf, they’ll need to produce an ID proof and sign for the delivery. If no one is available, delivery will be re-attempted the following day.

For all orders, our delivery partners will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. Your order may be marked as undelivered for various reasons, including:

• Delivery partners are unable to contact you
• Unable to locate your address
• Incorrect phone number provided by you at the time of registration
• Cash not ready for payment (in case of COD order)
• Incorrect PIN code

As soon as the first attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partners will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery. However, if, after 1 additional attempt, they are still unable to complete the delivery because of any of the above-mentioned reasons, the order will be sent back to us.

To prevent this, we request you to answer the calls from our delivery partners. In case the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please don’t hesitate to contact our Team to initiate the reattempt.

Why is my order delayed?

We do everything in our power to ensure your order reaches you on time. But any unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities are beyond our control, and may delay or postpone your delivery. For more information, please check our shipping policy Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. You can also use net banking, UPI and digital wallets to pay for your order. Additionally, we provide cash on delivery for orders with a minimum token amount/booking amount. Will there be any hidden costs on my order?

No. You needn’t worry about any hidden costs. We don’t charge extra for shipping or for any other services. The total price mentioned on the product page will be the final price.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use secure encryption for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

My payment was declined. What should I do?

We suggest you use an alternative payment method to complete your purchase. If you still face an issue, please reach out to our Team.

Do you accept payment through instalments?

No, we dont have that facility at the moment.

Do you take custom orders?

Of course! We specialise in customisation and love turning your ideas into reality. Just chat with us on WhatsApp or call us at +91-8411838888. We'll provide a detailed quote, finalise the design with your approval, send a payment link for easy purchase, and keep you updated with order confirmation and tracking info!

Are custom orders refundable?

Since custom jewellery is made just for you, unfortunately, it can't be returned. If you have any issue regarding sizing please contact our team for any assistance.

How long does resizing take?

That depends on the design of your ring. Some rings can be resized quickly. For others, we might need to remake them from scratch. Please get in touch with our Team for more information on this.
