Refund policy

Return Policy: We do not offer returns on our jewellery, unless you have received damaged goods. To claim a return the customer has to make a video while opening the parcel. If not then the return can not be claimed.

Refund Policy: In case you have requested the return, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the parcel opening video and the product back in our store.

Replacement & Exchange:  We do not offer replacement or exchange facilities. 

Return Process: You can initiate a return request by calling or texting on the given numbers or email. Our team will revert back within 12 hrs. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to us with a proper video of the parcel opening within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
